Request to order 800 Bevital capsules @ R1650.00

( Delivery included to any Post Office in RSA )

 

The following Terms and Conditions apply:

 

In order to purchase 800 Bevital capsules through the ODAL Matrix Marketing System R1650.00 must be deposited in the bank account of Odal Health Concepts (Pty) Ltd at Standard Bank, Rink Street, Branch Code 050417, Account No: 080321178.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please include a copy of your ID as well as a statement giving us permission to use your credit card number with your sponsoring agent’s signature as a witness.

Please include name, ID number and telephone number on proof of payment.

Proof of this payment must then be sent to ODAL together with this completed Request by post to P.O.Box 7439, Newton Park, 6055 or by telefax to 041 3734191.

Upon receipt of this completed/order form and proof of payment, ODAL will allocate an agent number to the said purchaser which will appear on the invoice sent with 800 Bevital capsules to the purchaser’s postal address.

 

Each agent will be entitled to directly sponsor only 3 new agents to the ODAL matrix marketing system who will each purchase 800 Bevital capsules.

 

An agent is encouraged to help those new agents introduce 3 agents of their own until all 5 levels of potential agents in their downline matrix are full.

 

Commission will be generated for each agent by sales of Bevital in the 5 levels of agents below said agent.

 

Commission of R750 will be paid by ODAL to the 5 agents in the direct up line from each purchaser according to the following split.

 

 

 

 

 

 

R1650.00 will be retained from accrued  commissions to purchase a repeat pack of Bevital 28 days after the initial purchase if there are sufficient funds. The balance of the accrued commission will be transferred within 7 working days after dispatch of repeat Bevital pack.

 

If there are not sufficient funds to purchase a repeat pack of Bevital available, then a repeat pack will only be sent once sufficient funds have accumulated in said agents commission account with ODAL.

 

If an agent wishes to purchase another Bevital pack, he/she may do so; in the process he/she will be allocated another agent number and an additional matrix will then begin below that number in the ODAL Matrix Marketing System.

 

There is no limit to the number of Bevital packs an individual may buy.

 

Bevital can be purchased by any legal entity, i.e. Individuals, trust funds, private companies, closed corporations etc.

 

ODAL Health Concepts (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change the product, ingredients of product, price of product, commission amounts or split of commissions per level and manufacturer of product in order to protect the ongoing sustainability of the ODAL Matrix Marketing System.

 

ODAL reserves the right to divulge only personal contact details of agents to one another if they are pertinent in said agents marketing plan.

 

 

All agents that order directly from ODAL without an up line sponsor will be allocated to the oldest available site in the ODAL Matrix Marketing System.

 

ODAL will not be held liable for any reactions experienced by individuals consuming the food supplement Bevital.

 

All agents of ODAL Health Concepts (Pty) Ltd are construed as being privately contracted agents and not as employees in any way whatsoever.

 

All commissions paid by ODAL to agents must be declared as income and any taxation that becomes payable must be paid by each agent to the South African Revenue Service or any other Government Body entitled to deductions of any kind.

 

The status of any agents downline will be provided with each repeat pack of Bevital. An agent may enquire directly to ODAL as to the status of their downline.
